Bones creaked. The leather straps of the leg brace tore apart, its metal rods were bent out of shape. Seams burst. Clothing was torn apart. Waves of pure rage flooded through every fibre of his body. Muscles swelled and grew. Convulsive spasms racked the tortured, swelling flesh. The spine bent backwards as though two giant invisible hands were attempting to snap him in half. An animal howl forced its way from a muscle-packed throat while a gigantic fist crushed an empty syringe into a thousand shards…

Senor Nefando is a leader of the Brotherhood, or to be precise – he is the dark side of Dottore. Thus you have to hire him before getting access to Senor Nefando. In the game you can switch character between those two, depending on whether you need Dottores healing abilities or Senor Nefandos brute melee strength.
