The king of the gutter is the king of the street fighters, the thugs…. the Battitores. He can turn them into an honour guard and thus make them Capricious: Flurry of blows – Wham-Bam. He himself is not to be sneezed at in close combat with the Weapon swap either.

The King of the Gutter is a leader for the Brotherhood.
