Taumata is a highly respected warrior of Whaitaua. Stranded on the prison colony, they have allied themselves with the exiled from Debonn and jointly defeated their tormentors. 

Taumata is a specialist for Debonn. After he has performed his Haka, the Whaitaua standing around him are no longer to be held.
