The Paddler of Doom, that is the name by which Chico is known and feared.

Chico is a Goblin Pirate specialist and a rower. When he sits on the helm, he contributes a bonus to the action of the boat. A critical hit with both of his paddles kinda really hurt his foes and as you cane xpect from the Paddler of Doom he is a tough one.
