Tarro and Ampara are brother and sister, the famous Skull brothers. Similar, by mistake. They take advantage of it. Because hardly any ref notices who is who and who of them changes straight into the cabin. 

This makes them ideal MWP, Most Wanted Pirates. These are special characters that are very good in a game of Freebooter’s Fate, but they really turn up on Ironball.

Tarro and Ampara are Goblin Pirate specialists. They must always be hired together, but take up one specialist slot.
