Don Paco Scaramanga once was a highly decorated Imperial officer. His unparalleled skill with fencing weapons as well as his extraordinary gown is widely known.

Don Pavo is a Mercenary Captain. He can command an all-Mercenary crew. If he does, he can be accompanied by Asaltores and Marines of the Imperial Armada. He is a master of fencing, knowing the feared parry and riposte maneuver.

As a Mercenary he fights for all crews except Goblin-Pirates and Amazons.
