The unique rules of Ascending Fate
Ascending Fate is a fast-paced, turn-based, classic sci-fi skirmish tabletop. This means that players control crews of 6 – 12 miniatures each and move them across the table without the constraints of a segmented board.
Players take turns activating their units. In a turn, a unit can be activated once and its actions performed – or even just reacted to – before the others take their turn. The games usually last 6 rounds on a 90 x 90 cm playing field.
But the really special thing about Ascending Fate is that all the game mechanics are based on cards – there are no dice! None at all.
