January is over. We have received many wonderful entries from you. And even if you were late or forgot to participate this month… don’t be discouraged. There’s still time to paint a new team!
Here you can see the participants from the final selection. The crew has voted and…
… won in the end:
The random prize goes to:
The Brotherhood’s “Gangs of Longfall” theme box contains a small squad of hard-boiled characters who support the Brotherhood team to the best of their ability. They are the two specialists Tommaso and Arturo as well as Alfonso as a unique retinue.
Together they have a wage of 195 doubloons. With the Brotherhood starter box, this results in a wage of 430 and allows you to hire an additional specialist or retinue.
New entourage for Tianyu. A Haidao pirate with good all-round skills and a Shisho with plenty of power in close combat.
It’s time for a second leader. Dasheng is an admiral and can even issue complex actions as orders.

Codeword February: swell
Moin Deckschrubber,
we have sent the light sailors into the cargo holds to make room for the bilge pig.
Do you want to help them?
Maybe you’ll find a bargain or two.
Our warehouse clearance will last until February 5*.
Off we go to rummage in the bunkers.
Arrr!
Your Freebooter Team
* Some of the items will be discontinued in the near future.
All items only while stocks last.
Ahoy you debonner breeding cock clubs,
During an evening stroll through our harbor warehouse, the crew had a great idea to declutter our warehouses.
The Freebooter’s Fate demo game board pictured here, which our orbiting David had built for SPIEL 2021, now has to go and we would like to hand it over to trustworthy hook hands.
How do you get your hands on this treasure?
It won’t work with a treasure map, but if you’re a registered TableTop club and use this record in your hallowed halls for various skirmishes of your crew and your prisoners… er,… victims,… um,… guests, then you’ve come to the right place!
Then open your ears, because you have a lot to do:
Have you won? Congratulations, we’ll send you the… um… too heavy, Polly? Ah, ok. Since Polly can’t deliver this huge slab, we would offer it for pickup or organize a pickup at our raids,… um, fairs.
Ready for fame and glory?
Then get to planning
Arrr, ahoy ragamuffins! 🏴☠️We are hiring!

Arrr, see you soon, you marketing pirate!
The theme pack for Tianyu is packed with powerful melee fighters. The Roaring Tiger, serving as sergeant, leads the troops, supports them with the Manukãwhaki, and on top of that, deals a fair amount of damage in both ranged and melee combat.
Green Sword favors an elegant fighting style that incorporates acrobatics, armor-breaking techniques, agility, and blade dancing.
Lingyang, as a unique companion, rounds out the House of the Tiger.
The mighty Qilin seems to have come from another world. But if you get impaled by its antlers, it feels damn real. A powerful character with one major weakness—the ravages of time are inexorably taking their toll on it, aren’t they?
An attractive Momma — at least to goblins. To others, Momma Raya’s scent is a bit too strong—but that’s actually one of her strengths. And if she manages to land a side blow with Poison 3, it can really hurt.
We hope you continue to have lots of fun with Freebooter’s Fate in 2025!
Your Freebooter Team
wishes you a happy new year.
Keep enjoying the hobby, stay healthy and always have a hand’s breadth of water under your keel!
